Back and running!

So Lessonpix is back up and running. We are so sorry for the outage. Here is an update of what we know.

1) Our primary server seems to have an intermittent memory issue. We have reset it and configured it to avoid the bad segment while we order new memory.
2) It is possible that this will happen again. We have learned some hard lessons and will be working to make this much less likely, but that will take a few days and we just ask your patience until then.
3) Our customers are great. Thank you all for letting us know about the issue but also for being so nice and helpful about it.

For the record, we never consider unplanned outages acceptable! We understand that you expect the site to be available and we agree with you! Thanks for your patience as we go through these growing pains.
